PAYMENT

We accept payments through Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Prices are shown in SEK, Swedish krona.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When you order from our webshop we normally send out your order within 2-5 business days. We offer free shipping within Sweden. For shipping within Europe the shipping cost is displayed at checkout when the correct address is specified. For deliveries outside Europe please contact us and we will supply your order manually. Any extra custom charges by your local tax authorities will need to be paid by you separately.

RETURNS

You has the right to return your purchase within 14 days after receiving it. The product must be in as good condition as when you received it and packed in original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item. The original box for the product needs to be saved to be able to claim the product. If you want to return your purchase, please contact us.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

Be sure to check the goods for any damage when you receive the delivery and to get any damage noted on your bill of lading from the shipping company. Goods with visible external shipping damage should be claimed from us within 1-3 work days. If you would discover hidden defects or transport damages after opening the package, please communicate this to us within 5 days of delivery.

FORCE MAJEURE

Sekt reserve the right to invoke force majeure in situations where applicable.
