In the fall of 2014, three good friends teamed up to create the restaurant they so sorely missed in the Swedish coastal town of Helsingborg. Drottninggatan 35 opened in November, serving classic bistro food made from local meat and produce.
The restaurant also got a new identity – the symbol of the cow, divided after the butcher's chart had it's parts named after the Helsingborg surroundings to emphasise the local heritage and producers the restaurant gets it's food from.
